Standard Retainer
This retainer includes opening, closing and checking the house on a weekly basis.
It also includes any requirement for us to open the house for maintenance related issues as well as -
Knysna Municipality (Rates - Electricity - Water), Telkom/Telephone, Fibre/Wifi, Post Office, Allsound Security / Alarm system, DSTV/Multichoice, Home Owners Association, Knysna Electrical, Pest Control, Landscapers, Building Contractors
Included in the Retainer is:
- First contact for the alarm system.
- Full details of all costs incurred on your behalf and all invoices will be kept.
- Suggestions will be made regarding improvements and the maintenance of your house.
General Interior Home Maintenance
- Inspection of the walls, floors and ceilings
- Run water through all taps, toilets and baths
- Check for leaks by monitoring the water meter on a weekly basis
- Turn on all lights and lamps, replace bulbs as necessary
- Check refrigerators and freezers
- Water indoor trees and plants
- Secure all windows and doors
- Test security systems
General External Home Maintenance
- Ensure all yards are maintained
- Test outdoor lighting
- Monitor water metres
- Start motor vehicles
- Test irrigation systems and water tanks
- Bring in mail, flyers and newspapers
- Take out trash
